ヴィンテージをベースにした仕様と良質なサウンドから様々なモデルの元と成り、現在も後継モデルを輩出し続けているAmerican Vintageシリーズ。
今回入荷致しました品は2012年に製作されたストラトキャスターモデル、American Vintage '62 Stratocaster。
更にこちらは通常のモデルと異なりより薄い塗装を施したThin Lacquer仕様の個体と成ります。
モデル名の通り62年に製作されたストラトキャスターモデルをベースにしており、気持ち明るめの色合いを持つ3-Color Sunburstが王道のカッコ良さを演出してくれる個体です。

ネックシェイプはこの時代のAmerican Vintageらしいトラッドスタイルながら比較的スリムな握り心地を持つ"C"シェイプを採用。
プレイヤーのスタイルを問わず幅広いジャンルの方々にも握りやすく感じて頂ける印象を受ける良質なフィット感です。
指板面は7.25"Rの当時の仕様を再現しており、フレットはJESCAR #50078へリフレットが施されているので演奏性も良好です。

木材構成はアルダーボディ、メイプルネック、ローズウッドの伝統的な仕様を採用。
中低域は艶やかさと太さが感じられ、伸びやかな高域が印象的な組み合わせです。

ピックアップにはAmerican Vintage Strat Single-Coilをマウント。
落ち着きのある出力値はフレーズやニュアンスの再現性も良く、クリーントーンでは太さと程よいハリが感じられる音色が楽しめます。
ドライヴ時にはより厚みと鋭さが増し、骨太な音色がブルースやロックスタイル等との相性も良いです。

コンディションは経年や使用に伴うスリキズや打痕、パーツ類のくすみやサビ、ヘッドロゴの欠けの他一部塗装にひびや欠け、ヤレが見受けられますがフレットは当店入荷時にリフレットを施し、トラスロッドの効きも良好な即戦力としてお使い頂けるこれからも末永くお使い頂ける良好なコンディション。

現行のモデルと比べスリムな握り心地から今なお根強い人気を誇るモデルです。

The American Vintage series, based on vintage specifications and renowned for its quality sound, has served as the foundation for numerous models and continues to spawn successors to this day.
The item newly arrived is a 2012 Stratocaster model, the American Vintage '62 Stratocaster.
Furthermore, this particular instrument features a Thin Lacquer finish, applied thinner than standard models.
True to its name, it's based on the 1962 Stratocaster model, featuring a classic 3-Color Sunburst finish with a slightly brighter tone that delivers timeless coolness.

The neck shape adopts a traditional “C” profile typical of American Vintage guitars from this era, offering a relatively slim and comfortable grip.
It provides an excellent, comfortable fit that should feel good to players across a wide range of styles and genres.
The fingerboard replicates the period specification with a 7.25" radius, and the frets have been refretted with JESCAR #50078, ensuring excellent playability.

The wood configuration follows the traditional specification: alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
This combination delivers rich, full-bodied low-to-mid frequencies and impressively clear, extended highs.

It's equipped with American Vintage Strat Single-Coil pickups.
Their balanced output excels at reproducing phrasing and nuance, delivering a tone with solid body and just the right amount of punch in clean settings.
When driven, the sound gains greater thickness and edge, offering a robust tone well-suited for blues and rock styles.

Condition shows signs of age and use: surface scratches, dents, tarnish/rust on parts, chipped headstock logo, and some paint cracks/chips/wear. However, the frets were refretted upon arrival at our shop, the truss rod works well, and it's in good condition for immediate use and long-term enjoyment.

This model boasts enduring popularity due to its slim, comfortable grip compared to current models.
