Gibson USAのラインナップの中で長年愛され続け、様々なモデル達の基とも成って来たLes Paul Standardシリーズ。
こちら2020年に製作された現行の50sスペックの品、Les Paul Standard '50s。
少しブラウンが強い印象を持つ落ち着きのある渋いTobacco Burstが品のあるカッコ良さを感じさせてくれるルックスです。

ネックシェイプはVintage 50s Profileを採用。
グリップ感を感じさせるしっかりとした握り心地はレスポールらしさを感じさせてくれますが握りづらさは感じさせず、良好な弾き心地です。

木材構成はメイプルトップ、マホガニーバック、マホガニーネック、ローズウッド指板の伝統的な組み合わせを採用。
4.46kgというしっかりとした重量のおかげもあり、中低域は艶やかさと太さが感じられ、伸びやかな高域が印象的です。

ピックアップにはBurstbucker 1と2をそれぞれにマウント。
程よい出力値は反応も良く、クリーントーンではフレーズもまとまりやすいです。
またボリュームやトーンコントロールによって様々な表情を見せてくれる繊細な音色の表現が可能な点も魅力の一つです。
ドライヴ時にはその太さと力強さを活かした厚みのある音色が楽しめ、ロックジャンル等との相性も良好です。

コンディションは経年や使用に伴うスリキズや打痕、パーツ類のくすみやサビが見受けられますがフレットの減りも少なく、トラスロッドの効きも良好な即戦力としてこれからもお使い頂けるコンディション。

The Les Paul Standard series, beloved for years within Gibson USA's lineup and serving as the foundation for numerous models.
This is the current 50s-spec model produced in 2020, the Les Paul Standard '50s.
Its sophisticated Tobacco Burst finish, with a slightly stronger brown impression, offers a refined, cool look.

The neck shape features the Vintage 50s Profile.
It offers a solid, grippy feel that feels quintessentially Les Paul without being uncomfortable, providing excellent playability.

The wood construction employs the traditional combination: maple top, mahogany back, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
Thanks to its substantial weight of 4.46kg, it delivers rich, full mid-low frequencies and impressively clear, extended highs.

Burstbucker 1 and 2 pickups are mounted in the neck and bridge positions respectively.
Their well-balanced output provides responsive performance, making clean tones easy to shape and phrase cohesively.
Another appealing feature is the pickup's delicate tonal expression, capable of revealing diverse character through volume and tone control adjustments.
When driven, it delivers a thick, powerful tone that excels in rock genres and similar styles.

Condition shows signs of age and use, including surface scratches, dents, and some tarnish/rust on parts. However, fret wear is minimal, the truss rod functions well, and it remains in playable condition ready for immediate use.

This model delivers powerful tones and the classic, traditional Les Paul feel.
