そのj.customシリーズで更に価値を高めた2022年18本限定生産モデル!!希少材Figured Hawaiian Koaをトップにラミネートしたモデルです!!
Hawaiian Koa材はその名称が示すようにhawaiiにのみ生息する希少な木材で、独特の杢目、中音域に優れ、面積が小さくても充分な音響特性を持ちます。
ウクレレなどに使用されあの小ささでかなりの音の大きさが出ることでお分かりになるかと思います。
輸出の規制が厳しく入手が困難な木材でもあります。

バックには暖かみのあるサウンドのMahoganyを使用、LPタイプなどで使用される事の多い材でトップのKoa材との相性も非常に良いです。

ネックはMaple/Walnutの5pc.となっており、高い強度を実現、指板には硬質で杢目が独特なMacassar Ebonyにとなっており、ボディとの組み合わせで全体的にまとまったサウンドバランスを実現しています。
指板にはアバロンとマザー・オブ・パールによる豪華なツリーオブライフインレイが施され、ポジション部分には葉っぱの量が多くなっており分かりやすくなっております!!
ピックアップはアクティヴタイプの定番EMGを搭載、フロント、センターにSA、リアに89を搭載、ローノイズでエフェクターやアンプとの相性が良くサウンドメイクの幅が広いピックアップです。

ブリッジにはダブルロック式のLo-Pro Edgeトレモロを搭載、優れた安定性を誇り、多数のプロギタリストが使用しています。

ネックのコンディションに問題はございません。フレットは目立った凹みは無く充分残っています。

Ibanez Top-Grade j.Custom 2022 Limited Edition (18 pieces)!!

Introducing the current-shape RG in 1987, it dominated the global hard rock and heavy metal guitar scene. Approximately 10 years later, in 1996, the j.Custom series was born to cater to the high-end scene with its high-quality materials and meticulous handcrafting. To this day, the j.Custom remains Ibanez's flagship guitar!

This 2022 Limited Edition (18 pieces) model further enhances the value of the j.Custom series! This model features a rare Figured Hawaiian Koa laminate top!

As its name suggests, Hawaiian Koa is a rare wood found only in Hawaii. Its unique grain, excellent midrange, and impressive acoustic properties despite its small size.

It's used in ukuleles and other instruments, producing a powerful sound despite its small size.


Export restrictions make it difficult to obtain. The back is crafted from warm-sounding mahogany, a wood often used in LPs, and pairs exceptionally well with the Koa top.

The neck is a five-piece maple/walnut construction, providing excellent strength. The fingerboard is crafted from hard, distinctively grained Macassar ebony, which, combined with the body, creates a well-balanced overall sound.

The fingerboard features a gorgeous Tree of Life inlay made from abalone and mother-of-pearl, with numerous leaves at the position points for easy identification.

The pickups are the classic active EMGs: SA in the neck and center, and 89 in the bridge. These low-noise pickups work well with effects and amplifiers, allowing for a wide range of sound shaping.

The bridge is equipped with a double-locking Lo-Pro Edge tremolo, boasting excellent stability and favored by many professional guitarists.

The neck is in excellent condition. The frets are in good condition with no noticeable dents.
