ヴィンテージスペックの高い再現性から多くのプレイヤー達から人気を集めるAmerican Vintage IIシリーズ。
今回入荷致しました品は限定モデルとして発売されたTelecasterモデル、Limited Edition American Vintage II 1951 Telecaster。
Broadcasterの発表の後、初の大量生産ソリッドギターとして生まれた記念すべき1951年末のスタイルを再現した専用カラー、Prototype Whiteを採用したモデルです。
当時モノクロだったテレビや広告誌の中でもその形状が際立つように採用されたホワイトカラーにブラックガードの組み合わせが印象的な特別感のあるルックスです。

ネックシェイプは専用の1951“U”シェイプを採用。
トラッドスペックらしいグリップ感を感じさせるシェイプは当時の仕様を再現し、握り応えのあるフィット感が楽しめます。
指板面においても7.25"Rのヴィンテージ仕様を採用、フレットもヴィンテージトールサイズを採用しているので当時の弾き心地が感じられる仕様です。

木材構成はアッシュボディ、メイプルネック、メイプル指板の伝統的な組み合わせを採用。
中低域は太さとまとまりの良さが感じられ、ハリのある高域が印象的な組み合わせです。

ピックアップには専用にマウントされてたPure Vintage '51 Single-Coil Teleをマウント。
煌びやかさと粒揃いの良い音色が楽しめ、クリーンでは音粒の揃いも良く、煌びやかな音色がニュアンスやフレーズもしっかりと再現してくれる、明るいサウンドが印象的です。
ドライヴ時にはよりエッジが立った鋭いサウンドを出力し、ブルースやトラッドなロックスタイルとの相性も良好な歯切れの良いサウンドが楽しめます。

コンディションは経年や使用に伴うスリキズや打痕、パーツ類のくすみやサビ、一部塗装に欠けが見受けられますがフレットの減りも少なく、トラスロッドの効きも良好なこれからも末永くお使い頂ける即戦力のコンディション。

歴史的にも重要な位置づけを持つ年、そしてモデルの雰囲気が楽しめる限定モデルらしい品です。

The American Vintage II series has gained popularity among many players for its high-fidelity reproduction of vintage specifications.
The item we’ve just received is a limited-edition Telecaster model: the Limited Edition American Vintage II 1951 Telecaster.
This model features the exclusive “Prototype White” finish, recreating the style from late 1951—a landmark year that saw the birth of the first mass-produced solid-body guitar following the release of the Broadcaster.
The combination of the white finish—chosen to make the guitar’s shape stand out against the monochrome television screens and advertising magazines of the era—and the black pickguard creates a distinctive, special look.

The neck features a dedicated 1951 “U” shape.
This shape, which offers a grip characteristic of traditional specifications, faithfully reproduces the original design, providing a satisfying, secure fit.
The fingerboard also features a 7.25" radius in vintage specification, and vintage-tall frets are used, allowing you to experience the authentic playing feel of the era.

The wood configuration employs the traditional combination of an ash body, maple neck, and maple fingerboard.
This combination delivers a rich, well-rounded low-to-midrange and features crisp, resonant highs.

The guitar is equipped with a specially mounted Pure Vintage '51 Single-Coil Tele pickup.
It delivers a bright, sparkling tone with excellent clarity. In clean settings, the notes are well-defined, and the sparkling tone faithfully reproduces nuances and phrasing, creating a memorable bright sound.
When driven, it produces a sharper, more edgy sound, offering a crisp tone that pairs well with blues and traditional rock styles.

While the guitar shows signs of age and use—including scratches, dents, tarnished or rusted parts, and some chipped paint—the frets have minimal wear and the truss rod is in good working order, making it a ready-to-play instrument that will serve you well for years to come.
