「ヘッドシリアル」「アッシュボディ」の'70年代後期仕様のテレキャスター。
ネックコード、シリアルナンバーより1977年頃製と判断いたしました。

当時のテレキャスターは他モデルとは異なり'70年代に入ってからも4点止めジョイントを維持しており、こちらの個体はナット幅約41mm、スリムなCシェイプグリップのメイプル1ピースネックです。
リフレットに伴いヘッド表面以外の塗膜を剥ぎ、ラッカーにて再塗装されています。

この年代としては軽量なボディはアッシュ材を使用。
経年による着色層・トップコートの劣化が見受けられ、ヴィンテージギターならではの迫力があります。

ピックアップを除く電装パーツはリフレッシュされており、'50〜'60年代スタイルの250Kポット、ボリュームのハイパスコンデンサなしの配線で組み上げられており、同年代の1Mポットポットのテレキャスターと比べてファットなサウンドをお楽しみいただけます。

当店入荷時フレットすり合わせを施工し、音詰まりなく快適な演奏性に調整済みです。

プラスチック素材のモールデッド・ハードケースが付属いたします。

This is a Telecaster featuring late-1970s specifications, including a serial number on the headstock and an ash body.
Based on the neck code and serial number, it has been dated to approximately 1977.

Unlike other models, Telecasters from this era retained the four-bolt neck joint; this particular instrument features a one-piece maple neck with a slim C-shaped profile and a nut width of approximately 41mm.
During a refret, the original finish was stripped—except for the face of the headstock—and the instrument was refinished with lacquer.

The body is made of ash, making it lightweight for an instrument of this era.
Signs of aging in the finish and topcoat give it the distinctive, commanding presence unique to vintage guitars.

With the exception of the pickups, the electronics have been refreshed; the guitar is wired with '50s/'60s-style 250k pots and omits the high-pass capacitor on the volume control, resulting in a fatter tone compared to Telecasters equipped with the 1M pots typical of that period.

Upon arrival at our shop, the frets were leveled and dressed, ensuring comfortable playability without any dead notes.

A molded plastic hard case is included.

This is a '70s vintage "player's" Telecaster featuring a well-worn look and sound, along with a satisfying weight. If you are interested, don't miss out on this one.
