フェンダーUSAの主力ラインナップ「American Vintage」シリーズを基に、実用的なアレンジを加え当時を博したシリーズ「Vintage Hot Rod」シリーズのストラトキャスター。2008年製個体です。

1962年スタイルのストラトキャスターのデザインを踏襲。
「スラブ貼りローズウッド指板」「アルダーボディ」「11点止め3プライ・ピックガード」といった特徴を再現しています。
ニトロセルロースラッカー塗装を採用し、経年による味わいが増していく質感が魅力です。

"Hot Rod"仕様として、厚みがあり握りごたえのある「Thick "C"」シェイプのネックグリップ、緩やかな9.5"ラジアスの指板面の加え、ミドル・ピックアップを逆巻にすることで、ハーフトーン時のノイズが軽減されるようになっています。

しっかりと弾き込まれてきた様子で、塗装やパーツのダメージが多く見受けられ、ヘッドのデカールロゴの剥がれ・ズレがございます。
ピックガード、ピックアップカバー、ノブは白いものに交換され、経年によるホワイトの塗装の色焼けとのコントラストが良い雰囲気です。

フレットはオリジナルよりもひと回り大きなサイズに打ち替えれられており、力まずに演奏できるよう調整されています。
フレットの目立った消耗は見受けられず、現状のネックコンディション良好です。
(現状ナット溝をギリギリまで下げており良好な演奏性です。開放弦のビリつきを特に気になさる方はナットの交換をおすすめいたします)

オリジナルのブラウントーレックス・ハードケース、トレモロアームが付属いたします。

This is a Stratocaster from the "Vintage Hot Rod" series—a line that gained popularity by incorporating practical modifications into Fender USA's flagship "American Vintage" series. This specific unit was manufactured in 2008.

It faithfully follows the design of the 1962-style Stratocaster, reproducing key features such as a "slab-board" rosewood fingerboard, an alder body, and an 11-screw, 3-ply pickguard. Finished in nitrocellulose lacquer, it offers an appealing texture that develops added character as it ages.

Built to "Hot Rod" specifications, this guitar features a substantial "Thick C" neck profile and a fingerboard with a gentle 9.5" radius; additionally, the middle pickup is reverse-wound to reduce noise when using the "in-between" (half-tone) settings.

The instrument shows signs of having been played extensively, with significant wear to the finish and hardware, as well as peeling and misalignment of the headstock decal logo.
The pickguard, pickup covers, and knobs have been replaced with white components, creating a pleasing aesthetic contrast against the aged, yellowed white finish of the body.

The frets have been replaced with slightly larger ones than the originals, and the setup allows for effortless playing without requiring excessive force.
There is no significant fret wear, and the neck is currently in excellent condition.
(The nut slots have been filed down low to optimize playability; however, if you are particularly sensitive to open-string buzzing, we recommend replacing the nut.)

Includes the original brown Tolex hard case and tremolo arm.
