Fender USAのラインナップの中でその良質な演奏性と扱いやすさから当時のAmerican Standardシリーズと共に人気を博していたモダンフェンダー初となるアーティスト・シグネイチャー・シリーズ。その中でも驚異的なロングセラーを誇る「エリック・クラプトン・ストラトキャスター」。1993年製個体です。

伝統的なストラトキャスターのデザインを崩すことなく、画期的な機能が内蔵された新しいギターに仕上がっています。

'50年代スタイルのソフトVシェイプのメイプル1ピースネックは22フレット仕様＆ヘッドアジャスト・トラスロッドを採用し、メンテナンスのしやすさを演奏の幅を広げます。

センタークリック付きの"TBXトーン・コントロール"によりハイカットのみならず高域を強調する音作りが可能。
さらに"アクティヴ・ミッド・ブースト"サーキットを搭載し、ハムバッカーのようなファットなサウンドやソロ用のボリュームを作り込むことができます。

この時期の仕様ならではのピックアップ、"Lace Sensor Gold"をマウント。ローノイズでクリアな独特のサウンドで、まさに'90年代のクラプトン・サウンドを再現することができます。

経年による塗装・パーツの傷み、スリキズなどの使用感があり、ストリングガイド、バッテリースナップ、ビスの一部を交換しています。

当店入荷時フレットすり合わせを施工し、フレット高はやや低めではございますが、音詰まりなく良好な演奏性に調整済み。現状のネック＆トラスロッドのコンディション良好です。

オリジナルのツイードハードケースが付属いたします。

This is an example of the "Eric Clapton Stratocaster"—a model from Fender's inaugural artist signature series that has enjoyed phenomenal, long-lasting popularity. This particular unit was manufactured in 1993.

It is a guitar that incorporates groundbreaking features while remaining faithful to the traditional Stratocaster design.

The one-piece maple neck features a '50s-style soft-V profile, 22 frets, and a headstock-end truss rod adjustment, offering both ease of maintenance and an expanded range of playability.

The "TBX Tone Control" (featuring a center detent) allows for sound shaping that goes beyond simple high-end roll-off to actually boost high frequencies.
Additionally, the onboard "Active Mid-Boost" circuit enables you to dial in fat, humbucker-like tones or boost volume for solos.

It is equipped with "Lace Sensor Gold" pickups—a hallmark specification of this era. These pickups deliver a distinctive, clear, and low-noise sound that perfectly reproduces the Clapton tone of the 1990s.

There are signs of use consistent with age, including wear and scuffs on the finish and hardware; the string guide, battery snap, and some screws have been replaced.

We performed a fret leveling when the guitar arrived at our shop; while the fret height is now somewhat low, it has been set up for excellent playability with no note choking. The neck and truss rod are currently in good condition.

The original tweed hard case is included.

This is an early-spec Eric Clapton Stratocaster, offering a different character compared to the current models equipped with Noiseless pickups. If you have been looking for one, don't miss this opportunity!
