伝統的なストラトキャスターのデザインを継承しつつ、新しい技術を積極導入したモダン・スタイルのひとつの完成形「ストラト・プラス」の上位モデル、1992年製個体です。

American Standardシリーズなどで培われた「ヘッドアジャストのトラスロッド」「緩やかな指板面」「22フレット仕様」「ミディアムジャンボフレット」「2点支持トレモロ・ユニット」といった装備に加え、さらなる進化を狙っています。

弦交換が容易かつチューニングの安定性に貢献する「スパーゼル トリムロック・チューナー」、Jeff Beck Stratocasterにも採用された「ウィルキンソン ローラーナット」、トレモロフローティングを調整できる「ヒップショット トレムセッター」を装備。当時のフェンダー社の本気度が窺えます。

ピックアップは、Eric Clapton Stratocasterに搭載されたことで有名な「レースセンサー」を搭載。ローノイズでフィードバックに強く、透明感のある音色が個性的です。
ネックポジション"Blue"は'50年代ヴィンテージ・ハムバッキング・サウンド、ミドルポジション"Silver"は明瞭なシングルコイルサウンド、ブリッジポジション"Red"はドライブサウンド向けのハイパワーサウンドという、ポジションごとに異なる特性を持ち、音の明るさを調整できる「TBXトーンコントロール」を併用することで実に多彩な音色を作り出すことができます。

"デラックス"モデルではアッシュボディの採用と専用カラーが用意され、木目の見えるブルーの外周にメタリック・ブルーのバーストで仕上げるこの「ブルーフロスト」もまた魅力的です。

年代相応のキズやパーツの傷みなどの使用感がございますが、各部パーツ・機能は良好です。
フレットは7割程度の残り、現状のネック＆トラスロッドのコンディション良好です。

This 1992 model is the top-of-the-line "Strat Plus," a modern-style guitar that inherits the traditional Stratocaster design while incorporating new technologies.

In addition to features developed in the American Standard series, such as a head-adjustable truss rod, a gentle fingerboard, 22 frets, medium jumbo frets, and a two-point tremolo unit, this guitar aims for even greater evolution.

Equipped with Sperzel Trimlock tuners that make string changes easy and contribute to tuning stability, a Wilkinson roller nut also used on Jeff Beck Stratocasters, and a Hipshot Tremsetter that allows for tremolo floating adjustment, this guitar shows how serious Fender was at the time.

The pickups are the famous "Lace Sensor" pickups featured in the Eric Clapton Stratocaster, which are low noise, resistant to feedback, and offer a unique, transparent tone.
The neck position "Blue" produces a vintage '50s humbucking sound, the middle position "Silver" produces a clear single-coil sound, and the bridge position "Red" produces a high-power sound for a driven sound. Each position has different characteristics, and by using the "TBX Tone Control" to adjust the brightness of the sound, you can create a wide variety of tones.

The "Deluxe" model features an ash body and is available in exclusive colors, including this attractive "Blue Frost" finish with a metallic blue burst over a blue outer rim that shows the wood grain.

There are signs of use such as scratches and damage to parts appropriate for the guitar's age, but all parts and functions are in good condition.

About 70% of the frets remain, and the neck and truss rod are currently in good condition.

It comes with a Fender molded case from around the 2000s.
