こちらTLシェイプのRSのラインナップの中では定番とも言えるモデル、Slab Blackguardのフロントハムバッカーマウント仕様の個体です。

杢目の透け具合とエイジング加工が武骨な佇まいとあのロック界のレジェンドを彷彿とさせるButterscotchのルックスがカッコ良い品です。

ネックシェイプはトラッドスタイルながら比較的スリムな傾向を感じさせる63 Cシェイプを採用。
プレイヤーのスタイルを問わず握りやすいと感じて頂ける良質な握り心地を持ち、まるで弾き込まれた事で生まれた半艶の様な質感を持つネック裏の塗装と合わせてストレスの少ない弾き心地が楽しめます。
指板面も10"Rの緩やかな指板ラディアスを採用しているので現代的なフレーズにも対応しやすい点も魅力です。

木材構成はポローニャ材（桐）ボディ、メイプルネック、メイプル指板からの構成を採用。
なんと2.40kgという驚異の軽さを誇る重量との組み合わせはまとまりの良さと芯の太さが際立つ中低域とハリのある高域が楽しめる組み合わせです。

ピックアップにはLindy Fralin製のRS XXXX BridgeとTrue 60をマウント。
落ち着きのある出力値はギターのキャラクターも引き出しやすく、クリーントーンではフロントハムバッカーでの暖かみを感じさせながらも一つ一つ音のまとまりも良く、リアでの太さと煌びやかさが際立つ音色が楽しめます。
ドライヴ時にはよりエッジが立った鋭く、太いサウンドが楽しめ、ブルースやロックスタイル等との相性も良い、骨太なサウンドが楽しめます。
またフロントボリュームノブにはPush/Pullにてコイルタップ機能も搭載しておりますので違ったキャラクターを楽しめる点も嬉しい仕様です。

コンディションは元々のエイジング加工がございます為新たに付いた傷等の判別が難しいですがフレットの余力もしっかりとあり、トラスロッドの効きも良好なこれからも末永くお使い頂ける良好なコンディション。

RS Guitarworks is popular for its impressive aging as if it has been played for many years, playability and sound that modern players will find easy to play, and the high quality that is backed up by all of this.

This is a Slab Blackguard front humbucker mounted model, a standard model in the TL-shaped RS lineup.

The transparency of the wood grain and the aging process give it a rugged appearance and a Butterscotch look that is cool and reminiscent of that rock legend.

The neck shape is a 63 C shape that is traditional but relatively slim.
It has a high-quality grip that is easy to hold regardless of the player's style, and combined with the paint on the back of the neck that has a semi-gloss texture that seems to come from being played for a long time, you can enjoy a stress-free playing experience.
The fingerboard also has a gentle 10" radius, making it easy to play even with modern phrases.

The wood construction is made of Paulownia wood (Paulownia) body, maple neck, and maple fingerboard.
Combined with an astonishingly light weight of just 2.40kg, this guitar offers a well-balanced and solid low-midrange with a crisp high range.

The pickups are Lindy Fralin RS XXXX Bridge and True 60.
The calm output value makes it easy to bring out the character of the guitar, and while the clean tones have a warmth from the front humbucker, each sound is well-balanced, and you can enjoy a tone that stands out with its thickness and brilliance from the rear.
When driven, you can enjoy a sharper, thicker sound with a more pronounced edge, and a robust sound that goes well with blues and rock styles.
The front volume knob also has a push/pull coil tap function, so you can enjoy different characters.

The condition is such that it is difficult to tell if there are any new scratches due to the original aging process, but the frets have plenty of room and the truss rod works well, so it is in good condition for long-lasting use.

It is not only comfortable to hold, but it is also a high-quality item that stands out for its great sound and playability.
