Edward Van HalenとPeavey社によって製作され、後の氏のシグネチャーモデルへと受け継がれる仕様も多く有す転換期とも言えるモデル、Wolfgangが入荷致しました。
1997年から98年の間に製作された個体と成ります。
高い人気を有するブラックカラーも経年による傷等から貫禄を感じさせる佇まいへ変化した個体と成ります。

ネックシェイプはコンパクトな握り心地を持つ左右非対称のシェイプを採用。
6弦側はカーブがありますが1弦側はフラットな握り心地を持つ氏が好む握り心地を持ち、手の小さい方にも握りやすく、プレイヤーのスタイルを問わず幅広い方々にフィットしやすいシェイプです。
またネックバックはオイルフィニッシュによってサラッとした質感を持ち、長時間の演奏の中でもストレスの少ない、良質な弾き心地が楽しめます。

木材構成はバスウッドボディ、メイプルネック、メイプル指板からの組み合わせを使用。
バスウッドらしいクセの少ないキャラクターのおかげで中低域は太さがありながらもまとまりの良さを感じさせ、ハリのある高域が印象的な組み合わせです。

ピックアップにはオリジナルの専用モデルCustom Wound Peavey HBをマウント。
高出力らしい厚みのあるサウンドが楽しめ、クリーントーンではボリュームやトーンコントロールへの追従性も良く、煌びやかな音色から艶やかなメロウサウンドを始め幅広い表情を見せてくれます。
ドライヴ時にはハイゲインサウンドとの相性も良く、速いフレーズもしっかりと再現してくれる良質なロックサウンドを出力してくれます。

コンディションは経年や使用に伴うスリキズや打痕、パーツ類のくすみやサビ、一部塗装の欠けやひび、ネックの黒ずみ、ペグボタンのクラック等が見受けられ、トラスロッドは現在ややキツめと成っております。
フレットの余力はしっかりとありますので即戦力としてお使い頂けるコンディションの品と成ります。

そのサウンドの良さ、演奏性の高さからEVHシグネチャーとしてだけでなく愛用されるプレイヤーやプロも多い名モデルの品です。

Wolfgang, a model produced by Edward Van Halen and Peavey, is now in stock, which can be said to be a turning point with many specifications inherited from his later signature models.
This model was produced between 1997 and 1998.
The black color, which is very popular, has changed its appearance from scratches due to aging to a more dignified appearance.

The neck shape is asymmetrical with a compact and comfortable grip.
The 6th string side has a curve, but the 1st string side is flat, which Mr. Kuroda prefers, making it easy to grip even for those with small hands.
The back of the neck has an oil finish for a smooth texture, allowing the player to enjoy a high quality playing feel with less stress during long hours of playing.

The wood composition is a combination of basswood body, maple neck, and maple fingerboard.
Thanks to the basswood's low quirky character, the mid-low range is thick yet cohesive, and the bouncy high range is an impressive combination.

The original Custom Wound Peavey HB pickups are mounted.
The pickups are mounted with the original Custom Wound Peavey HB, a special model, which provides a thick sound with high output and good followability to the volume and tone controls in the clean tone, and shows a wide range of expressions from shiny tones to mellow sounds.
When driven, it works well with high-gain sounds and produces a quality rock sound that reproduces fast phrases well.

The condition of the guitar shows scratches and dents from age and use, parts are dull and rusty, some paint chips and cracks, the neck is darkened, the peg buttons are cracked, and the truss rod is a little tight at present.
The truss rod is currently a little tight. The frets are still in good shape, so the guitar is ready to go.

The sound and playability of this model are not only EVH's signature, but also those of many players and professionals who love to use it.
