不屈のギタリスト!!Jason Becker tributeモデル!!

1988年、僅か18歳で、朋友Marty Friedmanと共に激速ツインリードギターバンドCacophonyにデビューしたJason Becker。
テクニックはもちろんのこと、その楽曲やトーンも唯一無二のギタリストで、ソロアルバムPerpetual Burnは現在でもテクニカルギタリストのバイブル的なアルバムとなっています。
1989年にあのSteve Vaiの後任として、David Lee Rothバンドに加入しこれからが期待されていましが、筋萎縮性側索硬化症(ALS)を発症し現在も闘病しながら作曲活動を続けています。

こちらはCacophony時代から使用しているCARVIN(現Kiesel)ブランドが本人の使用したモデルをベースに製作されたJason Becker tributeギター!!カスタムオーダーができるブランドだけに、細かい仕様が異なるモデルがいくつかありますが、こちらはレアなEbony指板でIB - BLOCK INLAYSの仕様となります!!

ネックがボディエンドまで貫き、サイドにウイング材を取り付けたスルーネック構造、ハイポジションの完全なヒールレス化と、ロングサスティーンを実現しています。

ボディはしっかりと杢目の出たFlame MapleをトップにAlderのウイング材となっています。

ネックは強度に優れたMaple材を仕様、指板にはEbonyを使用し、インレイはアバロンを使用したブロックタイプとなっています。フレットにはジャンボタイプとなっており、軽いタッチで押さえる事ができます。

ブリッジにはダブルロック式のトレモロの最高峰、ドイツ製Floyd Rose Originalをマウント派手なアーミングにも対応しております。ロックナットとなっておりますが、弦交換を容易にする為、ロックペグを登載しています。

ピックアップにはCARVINオリジナルの22個のポールピースが個性的なM22を登載、チョーキング時のポールピースの外れがなく、出音の急な減衰が少なく、エッジの効いたピックアップです。

コントロールは多彩となっており、マスターヴォリューム(アクティヴ-パッシヴPush-Pull切替)、トーン(パッシヴ)、　ハイブースト、カット、ローブースト、カット、フロントシングルコイルタップスイッチ、リアシングルコイルタップスイッチ、フェイズスイッチ、3wayピックアップセレクターとなっており、多彩なサウンドメイキングが可能となっています。

ネックのコンディションに問題はございません。フレットは僅かな消耗はございますが、充分に残っています。

細かい擦り傷はございますが、目立った打痕はなく良好なコンディションです!!

An indomitable guitarist!! Jason Becker tribute model!!

In 1988, at just 18 years old, Jason Becker debuted with his friend Marty Friedman in the super fast twin lead guitar band Cacophony.

He is a guitarist whose technique, songs and tone are unmatched, and his solo album Perpetual Burn is still a bible for technical guitarists today.

In 1989, he joined the David Lee Roth band as the replacement for Steve Vai, and great things were expected of him, but he developed amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and continues to compose music while fighting the disease.

This is a Jason Becker tribute guitar made by CARVIN (now Kiesel), which he has been using since his Cacophony days, based on the model he used himself! As it is a brand that allows custom orders, there are several models with different specifications, but this one has a rare ebony fingerboard and IB-BLOCK INLAYS specifications!

The neck runs through to the end of the body, and the neck-through structure with wings attached to the sides, completely heelless in the high positions, and long sustain is achieved.

The body is made of flame maple with a solid grain on top and alder wings.

The neck is made of maple, which has excellent strength, the fingerboard is made of ebony, and the inlay is a block type using abalone. The frets are jumbo type, so you can press them with a light touch.

The bridge is mounted with the German-made Floyd Rose Original, the pinnacle of double-locking tremolos, and it is also compatible with flashy arming. It has a locking nut, but it is equipped with locking pegs to make string replacement easier.

The pickup is the unique M22 with 22 pole pieces, which is original to CARVIN. The pole pieces do not come off when bending, and the sound output does not suddenly decay, making it an edgy pickup.

There are various controls, such as master volume (active-passive push-pull switch), tone (passive), high boost, cut, low boost, cut, front single coil tap switch, rear single coil tap switch, phase switch, and 3-way pickup selector, allowing for a wide variety of sound making.

There is no problem with the condition of the neck. The frets have a little wear, but there is plenty left.

There are some small scratches, but no noticeable dents and it is in good condition!!

Why not try to seriously try to imitate Jason's amazing playing with this guitar!!
