ESP直系のサウンドやフィーリングを持ち、幅広いレベルのプレイヤー達から支持を持つEdwards。
今回入荷致しました品はLPスタイルのモデルとして長年愛され続けているE-LPシリーズの一つ、E-LP-130CD。
今は亡き某ハードロックギターヒーローの愛機を思わせるJSカラーの個体と成ります。
氏を思わせるクロームのピックガードやハードウェア等こだわりのルックスに仕上げられております。

ネックシェイプはESP系のブランドらしいスリムな形状を持たせたUシェイプに近い握り心地を持ち、プレイヤーのスタイルを問わず幅広い方々にも握りやすいと感じて頂ける、良質なフィット感です。

木材構成はメイプルトップ、マホガニーバック、マホガニーネック、エボニー指板のLPCスタイルの構成を採用。
中低域は艶やかさを感じさせ、伸びやかな高域が印象的な組み合わせです。

ピックアップにはSeymour Duncan SH-6 Distortionをそれぞれにマウント。
クリーントーンでは暖かみと太さが感じられ、ボリュームやトーンコントロールを用いる事でより繊細なサウンドへ移行させる事も可能です。
ドライヴ時にはハイゲインサウンドとの相性も良く、骨太な音色がハードロックジャンル等にもピッタリな迫力のあるサウンドが楽しめます。

コンディションは経年や使用に伴うスリキズや打痕、パーツ類のくすみやサビ、メッキ剥げ、一部塗装にひびや欠けが見受けられますがフレットの余力もあり、トラスロッドの効きも良好な即戦力としてこれからもお使い頂けるコンディション。

ルックスの良さ、パワフルなサウンド、3.79kgとバランスの良い取り回しも魅力な品です。

Edwards guitars are renowned for their authentic ESP sound and feel, earning the support of players of all skill levels.
The model we’ve just received is the E-LP-130CD, part of the E-LP series—a LP-style model that has been beloved for many years.
This particular instrument features a JS-style finish reminiscent of the beloved guitar once played by a now-deceased hard rock guitar hero.
It boasts a meticulously crafted appearance, complete with chrome pickguards and hardware that evoke his signature style.

The neck shape features a slim profile typical of ESP-style brands, offering a grip similar to a U-shape. It provides a high-quality fit that feels comfortable for a wide range of players, regardless of their playing style.

The wood configuration adopts an LP-style design with a maple top, mahogany back, mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard.
This combination delivers a lustrous mid-low range and impressive, airy highs.

Seymour Duncan SH-6 Distortion pickups are mounted on each pickup position.
In clean tones, the sound is warm and full-bodied, and by adjusting the volume and tone controls, you can transition to a more nuanced sound.
When driven, it pairs well with high-gain sounds, delivering a powerful, robust tone that’s perfect for genres like hard rock.

In terms of condition, there are some scratches and dents from age and use, as well as some tarnish, rust, and peeling plating on the parts, and some cracks and chips in the finish. However, the frets still have plenty of life left, and the truss rod is functioning well, making this a ready-to-play instrument that you can continue to enjoy.

This instrument is attractive for its good looks, powerful sound, and well-balanced playability, weighing in at 3.79 kg.
